Making EU knowledge accessible – milestone achieved!

We are proud to announce the finalisation of the Understanding EU platform – a key milestone in our journey to make European Union legislation clearer, more inclusive, and closer to citizens.

At the heart of this achievement is a newly developed interactive Digital Lexicon, featuring:
🔹 28 entries (“Knowledge Bits”) translating complex EU concepts into clear, easy-to-understand language
🔹 5 explanation videos bringing key topics to life through engaging, visual storytelling

This work directly responds to what citizens across Europe told us: EU legislation often feels too complex, too technical, and too distant. Through co-creation, dialogue, and innovation, we’ve transformed these insights into practical, user-friendly learning tools.

The platform is more than a resource – it’s a step toward:
